At the end of the three modules, participants will finish with a routine-building exercise.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to use techniques such as visualization, controlled breathing, self-talk, journaling, relaxation/energization techniques to manage anxiety, sharpen concentration, enhance positive thinking, and mentally prepare for big moments.
Each module combines short lessons with guided exercises to help you internalize these tools and begin applying them for your next competition.
